1/2 large red onion

1 large lime

2 large hass avocados

2 jalapenos

5 cloves of garlic

Handful grape tomatoes

3 tbsp sour cream

1 cup chopped Inspired Greens




1. Use chopper to chop garlic and transfer to serving bowl.


2. Chop Inspired Greens and transfer to serving bowl.


3. Continue to do the same with the red onion and jalapeno.


4. Juice lime and add to serving bowl


5. Hand chop grape tomatoes into smaller pieces and mix transfer to serving bowl.


6. Add sour cream and avocado and mash all ingredients together with fork or the back of a spoon.


7. Let chill for 1 hour in the fridge and serve!
